The bulbs arrived in a white box, and further protected with a solid plastic packaging which avoid contact between bulbs, and therefore safe for travel. The box contains six bulbs, 4W each. These are LED bulbs equivalent to 40W bulbs, but consuming 1/10 of the energy. The interesting thing is that they look like old incandescent bulbs, so they give a very old-style atmosphere when they are exposed. When covered or in shades, of course they work like normal bulbs.

The build quality is outstanding. They look and feel premium bulbs. Another thing I noticed is that they remain cold even after being on for hours. There is no heating and this makes me feel much safer. This also explains their practically endless duration of 50,000 hours! These are non-dimmable, and emit full light as soon as they are turned on (no delay whatsoever).

LED bulbs are now affordable, and in a few months they already save the money invested to buy them. They also last for many years, and they do not become warm or hot at all. Overall, these retro-style bulbs for create a cosy/relaxed environment at nights, but with a 90% cut on the energy bill!
